We had a fantastic stay at this hotel located in the center of the most picturesque place in Tuzla. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the modern lobby made a great first impression. We were actually surprised by the hotel facilities, including the spacious and quiet executive suite with a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, steps away from the pier, beautiful promenade, and a variety of restaurants.

The hotel is located in the center of a picturesque area, close to Marina Aqua park and the shopping area. It is also fairly close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. There is a lovely promenade just a few steps away, frequented by locals, and a charming street nearby with plenty of restaurants and bakeries. With spacious and luxurious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and even heated floors, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, offering early check-in and breakfast for those with early flights.
One negative aspect mentioned by a guest is that the hotel provided incorrect information about the taxi fare to the airport, which resulted in higher charges.

We had a wonderful stay at Chatto. The hotel's location was fantastic, just steps away from the pier and many great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and the lobby was modern. Our executive suite was spacious and quiet, with a super comfortable bed. The hotel staff, from receptionists to technical staff, were all polite and approachable. we would definitely recommend Hotel Chatto and will be staying again on our next trip to Istanbul.
